I’m using mrview from the terminal to generate pictures of my DWI data, but there are some options available through the GUI that I can’t find in the command line.
After tractography.load, is it possible to turn use lighting to true?
After fixel.load, is it possible to configure a length multiplier other than 1?

Hi Roberto,
The mrview command-line options for controlling toolbar behaviour are only a relatively recent addition to MRtrix3, so we’ve simply implemented the functionalities that we’ve needed, rather than ensuring that every single possible toolbar control is also available from the command-line. If there are such functionalities over and above the two you have mentioned here that would be useful to people, they can be listed in this GitHub issue I just created.
