Hi Caroline,

Unfortunately, we don’t provide support for this version, [as stated in this post](https://community.mrtrix.org/t/error-from-dwi2response/2818/5). However, if you can install the [latest release version of MRtrix3](https://www.mrtrix.org/download/) and reproduce the error, we’ll be more than happy to take a look and try to figure it out 👍
