I have a question which is a bit out of the scope of this forum, but can’t figure it out.
I have weifìghted averages of DKI and DTI measures over Gray and White Matter of Spinal Cord from 12 subjects.
Averages are weighted to account for partial volume effect (CSF contamination), so for each subject I have: average ± standard deviation.
My question is about I can I do boxplots of this data, considering I already have std per each subject?
