Bvecs polarity (reversed)

Dear MRtrix Community,

I really like using MRtrix. Thank you very much. I have one question :raising_hand_woman:.

If I reverse the polarity of bvecs [X Y Z] into [-X -Y -Z], does it affect the tractography?

I am getting similar tractography results. Is my results correct?

Will this affect connectome/connectivity?

Changing the polarity of the bvecs does not affect local modeling and fiber tracking. So your result is correct.

Tractography is not changed. So, connectome is also not changed, right?
