Questions and replies may been posted earlier. I just need to be clarified for reporting effect size after fixelcfestats, which I had the “Global intercept & group difference” design

Contrast:

where the “1” in the second column of design is control, and “-1” is patient.
If I need to the patient effect, the Cohen d would be the std_effect_t2.mif, correct?
Do I need to make any adjustment to LogFC?
