Difficulty converting .trk to density map

Hey everyone!

Just hoping for some guidance converting a HCP .trk to a density map when the affines are different. Have tried following some tutorials in DIPY but no luck. Is there a way I can get the .trk into the same space as my T1w?

Really grateful for any advice, or where I should look.
