Does these fibers make sense?

Hi all,
I have some fibers as shown in attached figures, which run through splenium of corpus callosum, extend horizontal some distance(red), then turn down(blue), and finally turn anterior(green) to anterior temporal lobe. Do you think it makes sense, particularly for its posterior-anterior parts?

Thanks,
Zonglei

It looks a bit strange to me, but then again, I’m not an expert in (connectomic) anatomy of the corpus callosum. Some of these may be false positives… if they come from a whole brain tractography, I wouldn’t be surprised: it’s quite well known that, out of the box, you can easily expect up to 70% of false positive entire bundles of streamlines (so not even talking a few spurious streamlines here…). Always consult with your local anatomy expert, I’d say.
