I am trying out mrtrix, using the tutorials (and the data from the tutorial links).
The preprocessing script fails with a dwifslpreproc: command not found error.
I have version 3.0.2 of mrtrix.
Is there any discrepancy between versions that could be leading to this?
I appreciate any help.

Hi,
That’s odd… Can you confirm that you have access to the other MRtrix commands, and furthermore that these commands are the correct version? For example:
which mrinfo
mrinfo --version
