Hi all,
I’m running dwipreproc on a denoised multishell data (30 directions with b=1000 & 2000), with 4 b0 images (2 with same PE as dwi image, 2 with opposite PE; concatenated into b0s.mif) using the command below:
dwipreproc dwi_denoised.mif dwi_preprocessed.mif -pe_dir AP -rpe_pair -se_epi b0s.mif
It gives the following error:
