Erron on dwifslpreproc, tutorial 4

When running this command:

dwifslpreproc sub-02_den.mif sub-02_den_preproc.mif -nocleanup -pe_dir AP -rpe_pair -se_epi b0_pair.mif -eddy_options " --slm=linear --data_is_shelled"

Im getting this error:

Could not find necessary default config file for FSL topup command (expected location: /usr/local/fsl/etc/flirtsch/b02b0.cnf)

Any ideas? Thanks!

Did you check to make sure that the file is at this path: /usr/local/fsl/etc/flirtsch/b02b0.cnf? Sometimes FSL is installed in a different directory.
