Exporting coordinates from ROI delineation

Hello,

I’d like to mark points on anatomical structures such as delineated ROIs and generated fiber tracts and export the coordinates for processing. The only way I have managed to manually delineate points is using the ROI editor within mrview. Is there a way to get to retrieve coordinates of the delineated points and export as a text file?

Thanks, this worked great. Fyi, voxel position was outputted so used tckconvert with the voxel2scanner flag to convert to scanner coordinates.
