# Extract ROI time series

Dear MRtrix experts,

I’m extracting the ROI time series of preprocessed fMRI data from the HCP project using an atlas (cammoun2012, [Mapping the human connectome at multiple scales with diffusion spectrum MRI - ScienceDirect](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0165027011005991)). The both voxel sizes of fMRI data and atlas are 2_2_2, but the dimensions of the data do not match (fMRI data: 91x109x91, atlas: 98x116x94). So I met an error. How can I deal with this error?

At the same time, I am doubting the correctness of the atlas file, could you please provide the link of the atlas?
