I am trying to figure out how to prepare my design and contrast matrix. I was going through some of the previous threads, but I’m new to mrtrix and this glm structure and I still feel a bit confused.
For example, I’m aiming to investigate the association between environmental exposure (continuous variable) and FDC and also check the sex differences in the model.
My design matrix file looks like this:
Intercept, age, sex (1 – female, -1 - male), exposure
1 11.92 1 40.81
1 11.82 1 37.29
1 11.27 -1 38.65
1 11.97 -1 36.76
1 10.88 1 42.77
1 10.64 1 39.48

I was wondering if then the contrast below is appropriate to test my hypothesis?
0 0 1 1
And also (if this is correct), I’m not quite sure which *.mif files I should visualize to see the results of the analysis?
I was wondering whether the beta files are useful in this case?
