I have completed FBA analysis and I would like to have FD, FC, and FDC values in some ROIs that I created from the tract image .tck?

Since a .tck file is not an “image”, but streamlines data, the process of getting from that type of data back to fixel-wise quantities requires some manipulation. Please see this recent post.
It would be useful to know what kinds of processes other people are making use of here in order to produce a Wiki page.
