Welcome Gzds!

Since a `.tck` file is not an “image”, but streamlines data, the process of getting from that type of data back to fixel-wise quantities requires some manipulation. Please see [this recent post](https://community.mrtrix.org/t/extract-fd-value-in-roi/4916).

It would be useful to know what kinds of processes other people are making use of here in order to produce a Wiki page.
