Dear experts,
I would appreciate if you help with the following questions:
A) When I run “fixelcfestats” on my FD, FDC, and FClog folders, I got this warning : "A total of roughly 12k fixels do not posses any streamline-based connectivity (out of 500K total fixels that I generated). Is it normal, or should I first remove those fixels and then run the stats ?
B) To make a binary mask from significant values within “fwe_pvalue.mif” (i.e, FD stats), I am using this:
Mrthreshold -abs 0.95 fwe_pvalue.mif Sig-fixels.mif
Is this correct or any other/better options to try?
