hi 🙂  
i am looking for a way to use mrtrix to extimate FOD. i want to use MSMT-CSD for that process, however i also want to ignore and to remove the effects of free water.  
i think its essential for my project. is there any way to do that with mrtrix? i have seen that in the past there was this discussion : [Free water compartment analysis - #4 by ampaschoal](https://community.mrtrix.org/t/free-water-compartment-analysis/3667/4) , but it doesnt look like it covers it.
