I am contacting you because I have a question.
I used fixelcfestats for a my analysis, with CFE method and FWE correction. My question is:
the FWE correction is at the voxel level or the correction is applied to only clusters of contiguous voxels above a predefined threshold (by CFE)?

I think fixelcfestats does analysis at fixel level.
Voxel-based analysis does analysis at voxel level.
