Gradient nonlinearity correction in the new released version

I’m so excited that the new MRtrix 3.0.0 was released recently. Thank you all for your great effort. I’m wondering if the diffusion gradient nonlinearity correction is incorporated in the new version?

Hey Chunxiang,

It is not… We have a paper underway that demonstrates how this can be addressed, but the code has not been fully ported to MRtrix yet… So it might still take a while for this to appear as a command…

I will give my colleague another shove to work on this :wink:
