Could you please share your experiences on how to use **tckgen** to generate fibers that start from ROI A, pass through ROIs B, C, and D, and terminate at ROI E?

Hi Liu,
For the tckgen command.You could use A as the -seed\_image, and use -include\_ordered in succession.

Hi Liu,
In addition to Archith’s reply, it might be worth investigating the use of ROI E as a `-mask`, which would truncate streamlines exiting the mask region. I suppose appropriate usage will ultimately depend on the research question 🙂
