# I have some issue. I failed to configure, but it works,just can't view

I suspect you’re running within a virtual machine, on a remote system, or through the window subsystem for Linux (WSL)? If so, it’s going to be tricky to get mrview to run… See the [relevant wiki post](https://community.mrtrix.org/t/opengl-display-issues/2549) for details.

Otherwise, we’ll need a lot more information about your system, operating system, and graphics capabilities.

One final note: your `configure.log` suggests you’re using GCC 4.8.5, which I doubt is correct. That’s too old to compile MRtrix. Whichever version of MRtrix you’re running won’t have been compiled with that compiler. But that doesn’t change the issue above…

I used the VNC or MobaXterm. They also failed!
