Thanks for your reply. This Mrtrix version (MRtrix 3.0_RC3-15-g9494da8d), uses by default the qform, do you suggest reprocess everything using the sform? I tried the same command using another mrtrix version (MRtrix 3.0.0) and the warning is gone. I’m not updating the Mrtrix version because are continuously acquiring data for the main study and processing it, so I want to be consistent processing everything with the same version.
