Hi , MRtrix experts
I am currently working on the dHCP newborn data with gestational age(GA) from 34-44, for each gestational age, we have equal size subjects number.
Now I want to look at the GA related changes of thalamus topological organization based on ODF coefficient, so before to get the ODF, should I do the intensity normalization for the whole cohort or separately for each age group? which normalization strategy would you recommend?? also similar question for the Mean Response function estimation
