I’m new to the community, so I apologize if I’m missing something basic here. I’m trying to process data for my lab, but when I view the residual it looks like the noise is inverted as to what is expected based on the Andy’s Brain Book documentation.
I’ve tried changing the extent of the denoising filter from 5 to 7, but the trend persists. My labmate tried as well, and is getting the same result. Could it be an issue with our data? ChatGPT said that the automatic processing done by the Siemens machine could be causing issues, but I believe the process our scanner uses is standard and I haven’t seen anyone else run into this issue.
