Dear all,
I’m wondering how I could create a **median structural connectivity matrix weighted by FA**.
Looking at the **tck2connectome** doc, the example to create the “mean FA matrix” has this commands: “$ tcksample tracks.tck FA.mif mean\_FA\_per\_streamline.csv -stat\_tck mean; tck2connectome tracks.tck nodes.mif mean\_FA\_connectome.csv -scale\_file mean\_FA\_per\_streamline.csv -stat\_edge mean”.
I have seen it’s possible to set the -stack\_tck option of **tcksample** command equal to **median**. Unfortunately, the **-stat\_edge** option of the tck2connectome can’t be set to **median**.

Do you know how I could overcome this issue?

Thanks a lot in advance!
