Hi everyone,
I’m trying to run mrtrix with the HCP-MMP1 atlas, for which I’m following the BATMAN tutorial on how to do that. However, I run into a problem with mri_aparc2aseg.and get multiple errors of “MRISreadAnnotationIntoArray: vertex index out of range: 162770 i=00E93217, in_array_size=162271”. I have scoured the internet and freesurfer and mrtrix forums but haven’t been able to find a solution. I have also doublechecked that my annot files were correct - and they are.
Any ideas on what I can do?
I’m running:
mri_aparc2aseg --old-ribbon --s SUBJECTID --annot hcpmmp1 --o hcpmmp1.mgz
Sidenote: running all steps beforehand didn’t run into any issues/errors.
