Mrregister command not found

Dear experts

I have an updated mrtrix in windows but when I try to run mrregister it says “command not found”. This is my last line of build:
(432/432) [LB] release/bin/mrregister.exe and I also have mrregister.cpp file in cmd folder. Note other commands work.

Any idea how to solve this problem?

If you’ve updated recently to the latest version, you’ll have to ensure your PATH is set to release/bin rather than just bin/, as highlighted in this blog post. Otherwise, you’ll basically be using the executables that you had lying around before that major update. Just to make sure, I’d recommend you delete the bin/ folder altogether…

Thanks Donald for the quick reply. I followed the procedure on the website i.e. clean,… export… and the problem was solved.
