Can mrtransform handle warp images from DTI-TK/ANTS? Can it work similar to tcknormalise which kind of works with any warps?

Hi Nagesh,
Yes, you can use mrtransform to apply warps from any other registration package. I’ve just added this tutorial to the documentation.
Just in case you did not see the announcement, you can now use mrregister to register both 3D and FOD images. We also have a population_template script to align multiple images to an unbiased population specific template.
