Mrview crashes

Hi,

I’m running mrview on a Centos7 (Linux localhost.localdomain 3.10.0-957.5.1.el7.x86_64) and an Nvidia P1000 graphic card. I often receive this error:
“QXcbConnection: XCB error: 3 (BadWindow), sequence: 23125, resource id: 36145017, major code: 40 (TranslateCoords), minor code: 0”
while manipulating images in mrview.
Any idea what causes this and how to fix it?

Sounds like this bug report. Hard to tell what might be causing it, but it’ll most likely be some issue with your version of Qt, and/or whatever desktop environment you’re using. Pretty sure it won’t have anything to do with MRtrix3 as such…
