Dear MRtrix3 experts,
I am trying to use tensor2metric to obtain tensor model for the human connectome project’s multi-shell data (b = 1000, 2000, and 3000 s/mm2). They preprocessed the data and when downloading the files there is one data.nii.gz, nodif_brain_mask.nii.gz, bvecs, and bvals files. Could you please let me know which b-value is used to fit the tensor when using tensor2metric on this data? Thank you!
