I was curious if there’s a way to do a multi-stage build for efficiency on estimating time requirements. I’m building a template with 214 FODs and I’d love a way to do the rigid and affine steps first and then do the non-linear step so that if my HPC session runs out of time, I can simply re-run the nlin step.
Thoughts?
