# Problem with running 5ttgen fsl

I followed this page [GNU/Linux pre-compiled Anaconda install](https://www.mrtrix.org/download/linux-anaconda/) to install mrtrix. Do I need to install fsl additionally to run this command? I got the error below: ‘Environment variable FSLDIR is not set; please run appropriate FSL configuration script’.
