We have a protocol in spontaneous sleep and we did the acquisition of à Child in decubitus lateral. We have the design of à 64 direction and BValue 800. Is it possible to do the post- processing of this Child? Is there à way to do it ?

I have processed such data before, there shouldn’t be any issues, since DICOM stores everything with respect to the patient-centered coordinate system, so x still relates to anatomical left-right, etc – but there may be issues with the gradient table (there was certainly a bug on the scanner in their handling of the DW directions when I looked at them back in ~2010 – hopefully fixed by now!).
