Projecting BOLD fMRI data into the native space DTI data

Dear all,
I need to project BOLD fMRI data into the native space of DTI data, any help please?

Hi @TR-Abir,

This notion of “projection” is ill-posed based on your current description alone. There are multiple concepts I can think of that would technically be faithful to that description, but are considerably different to one another. Can you be more specific and precise about what type of data transformation / manipulation you are wanting to perform?

thank you for your response, i have solved the problem by using FSL command “flirt”,
