Is there any function could register tensor image to MNI space. Or can I find the corresponding coordinate in MNI space of a voxel coordinate in DWI native space? For example, I get a voxel position (30,40,20) in DWI space, how can I get the corresponding voxel position in MNI space.

I know it is easier to register MNI to DWI space, but I have to do other analyses in this tensor image which I hope has been co-registered to MNI space.

Would you mind checking registration by using overlay option. Please open MNI data and overlay your DWI data. It’s easy to see if it’s already registered.
