I am trying ROI-based to whole-brain probabilistic fiber bundle tracking, but I don’t see a tutorial on the official website for it. So I am using the following code for tracking. When I use FA to display the tracing results, connections always appear in other non-ROI regions (as shown in the red box, Fig.2).
I hope you can point out my mistake, thanks!
