Running MRtrix (and other neuroimaging software) on HPC clusters

Hi all,

I would love your input on this matter. I have been running MRtrix on a high-performance computing cluster that I am lucky to have access to as part of my institution. However, if that wasn’t the case, what would be the best way to run tractography pipelines with many subjects in parallel? Do people use things like AWS / Google Cloud, or just run it locally on a powerful machine?

Thanks!
