For those who are not satisfy by freesurfer (or fassurfer) segmentation (for intance the putamen is systematically a part of the claustrum), give a try to SIAM
Current version is performing only tissue segmentation (but soon the region segmentation will arrive), but it should be enough for the ACCT pipeline
