My colleagues are trying to acquire data from a new Philips 3T system and would like to compare it our Prisma system.
In essence we need to convert our diffusion vector set file currently used to generate multi-shell diffusion gradient tables on Prisma, to an equivalent that can be used on the Philips system.
Are there any mrtrix tools that can help with this task?
We have no experience using Philips systems so any help or suggestions would be apricated!
