Hi,
I have diffusion data corresponding to bval=0, 1000, 2000, 3000. However, if I apply single shell single tissue CSD to this whole data, may I know by default which bval it chooses?

With regular CSD, the algorithm will select the shell with the highest b-value by default. You can use the -shells
option to pick the desired shell explicitly if required.
All the best,
