Hi, I am new to the world of medical imaging and I am doing an MRI analysis between groups of people with ALS and healthy controls.
I have performed the analysis by fixels that can be found on the page Fibre density and cross-section - Single-tissue CSD — MRtrix 3.0 documentation
I would like to know if there is any tutorial or pipeline to obtain the statistics of the eigenvalues of this last analysis. I know that the tensor2metrics command can generate tensor-derived maps but I don’t know how to do the statistical analysis with these values. I would also like to analyze kurtosis.
