Hi all, I am creating a connectome using tck2connectome with the -scale\_invnodevol option. However, when I create a connectome with and without the optional command, I get the same connectome file (e.g., same total number of streamlines). Any ideas why the inverse node volume command would not be working?

Here is the code I am using:

tck2connectome -scale\_invnodevol 1M\_SIFT.tck nodes.mif connectome.csv

Hi Colleen,

It’s not working because I [seemingly had a tremor that day](https://github.com/MRtrix3/mrtrix3/pull/897/files)… 😰

Thanks for spotting the issue. I’ll merge the fix as soon as the compulsory tests are done.
Rob
