# Tckresample and tcksample for along the tract statistics

That’s a tricky one to answer. My response here would be essentially the same as in [this thread](https://community.mrtrix.org/t/preprocessing-with-different-versions-of-mrtrix/4559/4): it’s probably ok, but I couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t make a difference somewhere…

Yes, I have seen it after I posted my concern but I do not know how to delete it. Sorry!!!

I have changed my plan from using `tckresample` to` tcksample -stat_tck mean DIR/Interested_tract.tck DIR/fa.mif DIR/output_FA_values.txt`
