That’s a tricky one to answer. My response here would be essentially the same as in this thread: it’s probably ok, but I couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t make a difference somewhere…

Yes, I have seen it after I posted my concern but I do not know how to delete it. Sorry!!!
I have changed my plan from using tckresample to tcksample -stat_tck mean DIR/Interested_tract.tck DIR/fa.mif DIR/output_FA_values.txt
