# Transforming fixel data from template space to native space

Dear MRtrix3 Team,

I have a test.mif file containing fixel data in template space. The template-space image has dimenions of 486789 \* 1 \* 1 and a voxel size of 1.25 \*1.25 \* 1.25. The original native space DWI dimensions are 156 \*136 \*110.

Is there any way in MRtrix3 to transform this fixel data from template space back into each subjects native space? If so, could you suggest the appropriate commands or the workflow.
