Units of DTI eigenvalues

does anyone knows which are the units of measure of DTI tensor eigenvalues compute with: dwi2tensor?

If your b-values are specified in s/mm^2 (which they are if you got them from the DICOM header) then the diffusivities are in mm^2/s.
