I want to use the 3T_Diffusion_preproc data in HCP. But I can’t find another phase encode direction in the data, such as in picture. I know that it is necessary to do motion and distortion correction.
Can MRtrix3 be used in this case? Is there any parameter needed to be adjusted?

Assuming you’ve downloaded the minimally processed data, it has already been preprocessed for motion and distortions. You can skip all of the steps up to and including dwifslpreproc.
Yes, it certainly can. We have an old and very outdated demonstration of this on our docs.
