Windows 10 Ubuntu bash

Hi MRTrixler,

I played a bit around and I got a lot of graphical Ubuntu stuff to run.
I guess the problem with OpenGL is the Version.
There is a 2.1 Version of OpenGL running and mrview says it needs at least 3.3 !
Maybe you have an idea for the problem. Not that it is necessary, but would be cool. :slight_smile:

Yep, it’s exactly that. I’ve tried the same (using Xming as well ;-)), but there seems to be no way to get OpenGL 3.x … Apart from that, people have been able to run entire desktop environments (e.g. Unity) through the system successfully, but OpenGL 3.x currently seems to be a no go.
