FBA - Population template error

Hi guys,

Hopefully, a quick one. I followed the steps in http://mrtrix.readthedocs.io/en/latest/fixel_based_analysis/mt_fibre_density_cross-section.html. When attempting to create a population template, it gives me: “[ERROR] there are not enough mask images for the number of images in the input directory”, which is untrue. Anything I’m missing?

You might have hidden files in the input directory.

Thanks, Max! If they were hidden, they did a very good job (I miss my biochemical experiments sometimes, LOL) Re-creating directory from scratch helped…
