Hi everyone,
I am trying to follow the tutorial (MRtrix Tutorial #6: Creating the Tissue Boundaries — Andy's Brain Book 1.0 documentation) and I am getting stuck at the command 5ttgen. Some commands run and then it gets stuck at the command:
“run_first_all -m none L_Accu,R_Accu,L_Caud,R_Caud,L_Pall,R_Pall,L_Puta,R_Puta,L_Thal,R_Thal -i T1.nii -o first”. No errors pop up and the terminal looks like it keeps on running. I tried running each command that pops up in the 5ttgen command separately and it runs but no folder created or able to be viewed.
